Mangaluru, Mar. 20: Yugadi festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Mangaluru. Neem jaggery, mango, turmeric, black pepper, salt, flowers, lamp, kalash and coconut used on the occasion of Yugadi were arranged systematically on the stage. Students explained the importance of Yugadi. Students performed a group dance. Neem and jaggery was distributed.

ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾ. 20: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಬಳಸುವ ಬೇವು ಬೆಲ್ಲ, ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ, ಅರಿಶಿನ, ಕಾಳುಮೆಣಸು, ಉಪ್ಪು, ಹೂವು ದೀಪ ಕಲಶ ಮತ್ತು ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿ ಜೋಡಿಸಿಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಮೂಹನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಬೇವು-ಬೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಲಾಯಿತು.
