Mangaluru, Mar. 4: Holi celebrations were held at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Mangaluru. The programme began with a talk by the students on the significance of Holi and the message of victory of good over evil, and explaining the religious significance of the day. During the afternoon session, the students put up colourful displays. The celebration was concluded with the burning of Holika Dahan, symbolising the victory of truth and righteousness, and followed by a colourful pot breaking activity. The programme concluded with a Dandiya dance performed by all the students and staff members.

ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾ. 4: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಳಿ ಆಚರಣೆಯು ನಡೆಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೋಳಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದರ ವಿಜಯದ ಸಂದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ದಿನದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಸತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸದಾಚಾರದ ವಿಜಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುವ ಹೋಳಿಕಾ ದಹನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರ ನಂತರ ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ಮಡಕೆ ಒಡೆಯುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದ ದಾಂಡಿಯಾ ನೃತ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
